When you have something that needs completing, simply send it over and rest assured that it will be completed as and when you need. As a freelance Virtual Assistant, it's in my financial interest to make sure this is the case.

This is a great way of working together because it means that all email communications are stored on your mail servers, and your clients won't get confused when receiving emails from me. If the tasks don't involve sending out emails to clients or other parties, then usually I use my standard business email. The choice is yours and we can discuss this in our set-up call.
